Our client’s is seeking a motivated UX Researcher passionate about exploring the capabilities of cloud technology and understanding customer behaviors. Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to plan and execute UX research tailored to our core customer needs in cloud commerce.
  • Inject research insights into the product design process to foster user empathy and influence the direction of product development.
  • Identify and prioritize key research questions and select appropriate methodologies to address them effectively.
  • Design and carry out studies using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, ensuring comprehensive and actionable results.
  • Communicate findings from research through detailed reports and engaging presentations, making complex information accessible and actionable for all stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively within a team of user researchers to share insights and leverage synergies across different projects within the studio.

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to translate research insights into clear and actionable reports and presentations.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in a wide range of UX research methodologies, such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively, as well as collaborate effectively as part of a larger team.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in UX research, particularly in settings that involve cross-disciplinary collaboration.
  • A background in conducting research across various teams, showing an ability to operate both independently and as an integral part of a team.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $42.18 to $46.87 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
