Creative Project Manager

Remote Pacific Time

This is a salaried consultant position and offers an annual salary and full benefits package including PTO/Vacation.

We’re seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to join our team, initially until December 31, with potential for extension.

This role reports to the Aquent Managing Director and collaborates extensively with the Aquent, and client’s Marketing/Creative teams.

Responsibilities:
Manage successful execution and delivery of diverse projects, regardless of size, in a high-speed environment.
Exhibit outstanding communication and active listening skills to facilitate discussions, drive decisions, and adapt to the audience.
Understand and adjust to varying personalities and working styles for effective team engagement.
Collaborate with team leads for thorough vetting, scoping, and initiation of assignments, while maintaining control over due dates and milestones.
Develop and maintain accurate project documentation and timelines.
Anticipate and resolve problems independently.
Drive process improvements, actively participate in discussions, and propose more efficient workflows.
Foster camaraderie, inclusivity, and teamwork.
Comfortably navigate ambiguity and provide strategic, proactive solutions with clear action plans.

Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative/Design Project Management, preferably with enterprise-level SaaS product UX and UI design project management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Proven track record in managing large, integrated creative projects.
Superior client management skills.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Previous agency experience preferred.
Familiarity with project management tools, like Workfront.
Experience managing high volumes of various creative campaign types concurrently, with geographically dispersed teams.
Experience with digital, video, events, and social project types.
Experience in managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
