In this role you will be at the forefront of innovation working with AI. This role will require strong Program Management experience and excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to confidently work independently.

Primary Responsibilities:
– Rhythm of business: provide support for the organization rhythm of business meetings including regular key performance indicator reviews, staff meetings, leadership reviews, financial reviews and organizational meetings.
– Organization communication: maintain organization SharePoints as a communication hub, prepare weekly leadership pass down information, and communication and drive closure to ad hoc organization actions.
– Vendor and headcount Management: Create infrastructure (process, tools, collaterals) to support the team with vendor management steps. Prepare reports for vendor budget management and connect with overall headcount planning and hiring plans. Support hiring activities and manage trackers to update current hiring status in PowerBI.
– Financial management: Prepare regular organization financial status reports and communicate status to drive action. Seek to find opportunities to streamline and automate processes to provide visibility to organization with Power BI. Lead financial focal network in organization to create accountability, visibility and process improvements.

Continued Responsibilities:
• Help create; drive and support cross-org people projects and initiatives.
• Partner closely with stakeholders across the team, along with talent acquisition and recruiting, to set and manage people and non-people targets.
• Streamline business processes across the business, optimizing for quality, efficiency, and effective resource management. Includes development of new business processes and tools to continuously improve organizational efficiency.
• Create and manage the rhythm of business (ROB), including business reviews, technical reviews, annual planning, leadership staff meetings, cross-organizational business reporting, etc. to help the business and technology development run smoothly and effectively.
• Drive operational Excellence across the organization, planning, implementing, and monitoring projects that improve team efficiency.
• Work across a wide group of stakeholders to ensure timely, high quality and consistent completion of business operation activities across the org to achieve overall business and cultural priorities.
• Develop high impact communications for executive, manager-level, and organization-wide audiences.
• Develop and manage organizational assets including Walking decks, Org. Policies & Procedures, Team web sites, SharePoint sites, and Teams channels.
• Lead and execute organization wide strategic initiatives and change management projects.
• Streamline reporting goals, develop, and maintain comprehensive KPIs for product development, cost, efficiencies, schedule, and influence internal stakeholders on KPIs.
• Drive Employee Engagement efforts including but not limited to Recognition, Awards and Feedback programs/surveys, MS Poll and People Planning efforts across the org to achieve overall business and cultural priorities.
• Lead and orchestrate Resource Management, Planning and FY Priorities process.
• Plan and organize content for All hands meetings, Offsites, and Business Reviews.
• Drive our engagement efforts and support the end to end process.
• Partner with other stakeholders within the team to manage and drive special projects.

Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
– Strong Excel analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of PowerBI to build simple reports

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• 7-10 years experience required.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $55 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
