Seeking a talented Graphic Designer to bring concepts to life, from inception to polished, production-ready assets. If you excel under pressure, have an eye for detail, and thrive in collaborative environments, let’s talk. • Create designs from concept to production-ready assets in accordance with the artistic direction, production deadlines, and technical specifications.

• Support the design team and execution of assigned digital, print, event, and experiential design projects.

• Collaborate closely and assist Senior Graphic Designers to comprehend project requirements thoroughly and adhere to best practices set by the DCCR design team.

• Accept guidance with meticulous attention to detail and a strong appreciation for aesthetics.

• Demonstrate a proven proficiency in design, including a deep understanding of typography, layout, form, color theory, spatial considerations, and familiarity with design processes and production techniques.

• Ensure all design deliverables align with our clients brands, properties, and priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Demonstrates creation of cutting-edge, original design solutions on rigorous deadlines.

• Must be able to adapt creative to fit within our clients brand.

• Ability to multitask between multiple projects and clients.

• Be able to take and implement feedback from multiple stakeholders.

• Thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and meeting deadlines with precision.

• Prepare files for production meticulously, meeting exact requirements and specifications.

• Possess a keen eye for detail and organizational skills, adept at prioritizing large volume of work to minimize production downtime.

 

Basic Qualifications

• Demonstrated 3-5+ years of experience in a creative studio environment (either in-house or agency) within the entertainment/technology sector.

• Advanced skills in visual design, illustration, information architecture, print and layout standards, color theory, and typography.

• Understanding of web design, including mobile and responsive landscapes.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and Figma.

• Showcase understanding and experience in branding, experiential design, event signage, presentations, and digital UI design through a website or digital portfolio.

• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and operate efficiently within a dynamic work environment, with a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional work.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• A collaborative spirit characteristic of graphic designers, able to work well with a team, or as an individual.

• Aware of current market trends in both design and content consumption

• Able to work in-office four days per week.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in graphic design.

• Experience in digital design and event design, a plus.

• Background in entertainment and working with IP, a plus.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $40 to $44.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
