Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our team. This role involves interpreting requirements and technical specifications, developing software solutions, and maintaining and improving existing systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, as well as .NET/C#. Proficiency in frameworks like AngularJS and Backbone.js is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Design, program, debug, and modify software systems.

• Write and test code to achieve maintainability, availability, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate with users to define system requirements and modifications.

• Lead project teams and mentor junior staff members.

• Continuously improve engineering practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Proficiency in web-based development languages and frameworks.

• Experience with Web API and RESTful services.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and scrum teams.

• Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.

• Familiarity with Web Content Management Systems and NoSQL systems like MongoDB.
