Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead a critical Email Migration Project and other Marketing Technology initiatives . This role requires a dynamic individual with at least 7 years of experience in project management, specialized in handling complex IT projects, particularly in email systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in documentation, resource management, and various aspects of project analysis and scope definition. This role demands strong communication skills to effectively liaise with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership and Execution
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of the email migration project, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to predefined milestones.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders at all levels.

Documentation and Resource Management
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and final summaries.
• Manage and allocate project milestones.

Analysis and Risk Management
• Perform gap analysis, needs analysis, and risk analysis to identify potential project challenges and devise effective mitigation strategies.
• Regularly review and adjust project scope and expectations as necessary.

Stakeholder Communication
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure clarity in roles, responsibilities, and project objectives.

Quality and Detail Orientation
• Ensure detailed tracking of project requirements and milestones.
• Focus on quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of managing largescale IT or email migration projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
• PMP or CSM certification is highly desirable.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $40.93 to $45.48 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
