Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our client’s Gaming & Community team. The role will support full funnel marketing to drive mid-funnel engagement through to membership and help the team grow its mobile game participation. The individual will play a crucial role in supporting multi-channel marketing strategies that enhance the visibility and appeal of our organization’s offerings, including products and programs.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced digital marketing professional, with a broad range of experience Including:
 Program Management, with emphasis on Sweepstakes
 Casual Gaming marketing and/or gamification development
 Marketing planning and implementation, with emphasis on mobile marketing
 Marketing Copywriting and Graphic Design direction
 Statement of Work development and management
 Project Management for large projects
 Graphic Designer and vendor management
 Weekly Reporting, analysis, and recommendations, including team presentations, to
reach milestones and KPIs

Requirements:
 Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and minimum of 2 years’ experience with digital program and product marketing, preferably Mobile and/or
Games, at an agency or medium/large-sized organization.
 Proven ability to plan and execute digital marketing programs and initiatives, including sweepstakes and mobile campaigns.
 Experience and strength in crafting marketing copy for both owned and paid media,
including a keen ability to create effective CTAs.
 Experience and strength in directing graphic design for marketing programs and promotions
 Proven experience in project management, including successful completion of reaching milestones and KPIS, and positive ROI.

 A minimum of 2 years’ experience developing SOWs and managing the procurement process to secure approval
 Adept at performance analysis, including insights and recommendations coupled with strong presentation/ reporting capability. Experience with Adobe platforms preferred.
 Adept at running digital tests to optimize campaigns, programs, and products.
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities required.
 Proficiency in managing relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
 Experience in working with popular CMS platforms such as AEM, Word Press, or Drupal.
 Readiness to adapt to changing work environments, task, and technologies.
