Our client, an iconic, global safety services organization is adding an Associate Creative Director/ Design Managre to their team. This is a contract to hire, hybrid onsite 2-3 days per week and remote the rest.
We are looking for a candidate who has directly managed people and conducted reviews and also is a creator. This person will be leading work such as creating storyboards, print and digital projects; social and interactive banners etc. In-house agency experience desired.
This person will Manage and oversee the creative functions to assure quality design and speed efficiencies.
Manage the performance of team members, providing feedback, guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
Biweekly check-ins, monthly 1:1s, quarterly performance reviews

Develop and maintain an understanding of the creative approach of the assigned cohort.
Directing and motivating teams of designers, video/editor/animator, multimedia designers to help them use their talents effectively.
Lead the creative process on projects from concept to completion and oversees client pitches and proposals.
Proactive in seeking out efficiencies for our creative studio. Creating templates and repeatable design.
Accountable for making sure the team is helping support the Campaign strategy targets.
Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
Maintains and develops brand and brand strategy. Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met in all work we do.
Collaborates with creative & project managers while directing members of team to ensure proper production of campaign elements
Designing and leading multiple design projects
Inspire clients and team members with great visual design and integrated campaign development
Leading and participating in brainstorming sessions and guideline share outs
