This is a hybrid position, with 2-days on-site in San Diego every week.

Pay Range: $25/hr - $30/hr

 

Looking for a part-time (20 hrs/week) Creative Coordinator. The Creative Coordinator will work with a large property management organization in San Diego.

 

The Creative Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

  • Can manage creative workflows well
  • Someone who can do photo retouching management (if they can do some photo management would be great)
  • Photoshop experience is a strong plus
  • Needs to check in on a daily basis at least for a few days
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Cloud Creative Suite, and Asana (or similar PM software)
  • Strong proofing skills
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage a fast-paced workflow while still meeting deadlines
  • Helpful, proactive attitude and exceptional communication skills
  • Organized – can keep a variety of tasks and fast-moving projects in line, meet deadlines and ensure a high-quality product is delivered
  • Creative – a creative thinker who uses strategy to fuel out-of-this-world ideas and isn’t afraid to bring new ideas and thoughts to the table
  • Take the reins – know when it’s more efficient to complete a small task rather than assign it out
  • Resourceful self-starter – know when to ask questions and when to figure it out to keep things moving and meet deadlines
  • Team player – essential to be able to communicate, partner and proactively engage marketing peers and other cross functional teams
