Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a Field Marketing/Events Manager. As a Field Marketing/Events Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of events from early planning through delivery, to owning results that track to revenue goals. You’ll lead our events marketing channel by researching, planning, executing, and tracking in-person B2B events with the purpose of building product awareness and demand. For each event you’ll coordinate with teammates on PR, social media, email, and other deliverables for each event.

  • ●  Understand the business’ products and personas, as well as when and how to market each.

  • ●  Research, plan and maintain events including, 3rd party conferences and sponsored events.

  • ●  Own reporting and tracking of program pipeline and performance results tied to quarterly and annual targets. Evaluate and monitor event campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports. Evaluate all event campaigns’ impact and ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment.

  • ●  Manage projects with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.

  • ●  Lead execution of all planned events, including shaping event themes, building operational campaigns, coordinating event marketing promotions, overseeing branded swag. fulfillment/inventory levels, managing event sales staffing, and setting and defining lead goals and metrics for each event.

  • ●  Maintain direct alignment with the marketing/sales team in terms of all pre and post-event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy.

  • ●  Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing leadership.

  • ●  Engage event attendees in post-event conversion strategies across various channels, pushing demo-sign ups beyond just on-site interest.


  • ●  5+ years of experience in field events within a B2B environment.

  • ●  Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the Channel Partner community.

  • ●  Passion for and ability to develop creative campaigns and identify relevant go-to-market opportunities.

  • ●  Proven success in developing and managing field marketing & event programs.

  • ●  Prompt and accurate response rate, facilitating information at all times, with strict attention to detail and a broad understanding of the scope of the event.

  • ●  Driven hands-on execution (this is a must) with ability to manage multiple priorities with effective project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with extreme attention to detail.

  • ●  Strong virtual event planning and preparation experience as well as strong project management skills.

  • ●  Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with event attendees and cross-functional teams.

  • ●  Experience with marketing tools like Zoom webinar, Hubspot, as well as proficiency in using other office productivity applications and productivity tools (e.g., Asana, Slack).

  • ●  Self-starter capabilities to take the initiative with an optimistic “can do” attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.

  • ●  An interest in and creative spark as it relates to ideas for messaging, creative design, etc.

  • ●  Legal authorization to work in the United States without restriction.

  • ●  Willingness to travel 40% of the time.
