CX / Service Designer

Our agency client is seeking a CX professional who has strong service design chops for a 6-12 month contract. This role will be responsible for aggregating various research projects, developing insights that will inform optimizations to personas. They will also use this data to create the employee lifecycle and journeys underneath each stage of the lifecycle.


  • Someone who has also done a lot of primary research as a researcher or someone who has a lot of service design experience
  • An employee experience design background and has lead small teams through design thinking.
