Marketing Sr. Project Manager
We’re hiring a Marketing Sr. Project Manager to help manage campaign workflows that will
meaningfully impact and increase our solution visibility and scale the adoption of our products.
Product as well as campaign launches will be included in this scope.
In this role, you will:
Help drive execution of marketing product & campaign launches including all channels such as:
lead generation, web merchandising on SolarWinds properties, online advertising and content
placement on industry relevant sites, email marketing, social media and more; collaborate with
channel expert leads to agree on plans and resourcing for execution.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage GTM operational and tactical projects from initiation through delivery,
directing and providing support, direct team with project management best practices,
influence stakeholders at the Senior Manager level.
 Identify and drive opportunities to improve our launch process to deliver better quality
in a timely manner.
Prepare, develop, and deliver data and dashboards to report on project
progress/performance and communicate that to stakeholders.
 Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to establish
highly cohesive project team.
 Manage delivery to timelines and drive execution of multi-channel campaign design.
 Work closely with corporate and field marketing teams to ensure prioritization of effort
and tight coordination across marketing channels including web, email, events, social,
PR and advertising.
Work in tight collaboration with our marketing analytics teams to communicate
campaign impact to key stakeholders

Your Experience:
5+ years relevant experience, managing medium to large size projects of a complex
nature
Solutions-oriented collaborative team player with an understanding of customer focus
and challenges
 Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities, organize, mitigate
risks, execute, and document
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills, including plan
status, results, and presentations
Experience leading projects in a Marketing department is preferred
Experience working directly with senior leaders and stakeholders to set and manage
expectations
 Ability to analyze and interpret data and inform/drive business decisions with analytics
Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative technology environment
 PMP certification is preferred, not required
