FANTASTIC DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER OPPORTUNITY

Our client, a growing digital affinity bank, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to play a critical role on the Marketing team.  The position is focused on digital marketing channels and activities including implementing advanced email marketing strategies, creation of paid social media campaigns, development of digital creative campaigns and supervising the event strategy for the brand. The role will manage the annual events calendar and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to activate events, conferences and sponsorships of various sizes. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the PR, Creative and Digital teams to develop a cohesive voice for external communications. A successful candidate has experience in digital marketing, campaign management, paid social strategy, and familiarity with email marketing tools. 

Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a monthly social, email and events calendar across product portfolios.
  • Execute innovative in-person and digital events that promote, build, and enhance brand presence, generate leads, and develop relationships across prospects, customers and potential partners.
  • Work across teams to develop and execute digital acquisition campaigns to support business objectives.
  • Manage an integrated marketing strategy and activation plan for campaigns that support organizational objectives including podcasts.
  • Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
  • Deploy email marketing campaigns using an Email Service Platform such as Blueshift.
  • Collaborate closely with digital and creative teams on digital presence, creative assets, social promotions, podcast promotion and public relations.
  • Oversee event support functions including collateral, giveaways, signage, booth properties and invoices.
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns that support business and brand objectives.
  • Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 5+ years demonstrated experience developing and launching multi-channel digital marketing campaigns as part of an overall communications strategy, including but not limited to email, social and events (financial services and healthcare a plus)
  • Hands-on Marketing Automation Platform experience (Blueshift, Braze, Iterable, or SalesForce Exact Target preferred)
  • Experience with web analytic tools (Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics) and user experience tools such as Full Story or Heap
  • Strong relationship building, influence management and collaboration skills
  • Strong communication skills - Ability to learn quickly and speak with confidence
  • Strategic and analytic thinker who is comfortable expressing ideas to management and external partners
  • Strong organization and time management skills for effective project planning and time management
  • Attention to detail given regulated environment and focus on compliance.
  • Creative and solution-oriented problem solver, with a strong customer focus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial services industry a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree required
