Our client is looking for a Program Manager to be part of the Creative Team.
Creative is the in- house dedicated to crafting compelling brand stories for head-of-household customers worldwide. Whether through copy, design, marketing, or brand work, we are the driving force behind delivering dynamic story to shoppers everywhere.
As the Creative Program Manager II, you will manage the strategic development and the daily
tactical execution of a variety of creative programs. This role is within the Creative team to
help us develop the way we scale our team and creative across multiple channels and
platforms. You will report to the Senior Campaign Manager and work with Marketing,
Merchants, and Creative leads, on medium and large-scale creative projects, across a variety of
channels and platforms. It is your responsibility to ensure delivery of excellent work on time and
on brief while helping the team meet expectations. Your success means that your creative team
will have the information and time to focus and deliver excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple active and upcoming onsite digital campaigns and design projects by
defining scope, timelines, milestones, resource needs, budgets, and deliverables
Track progress, understand requirements, and communicate status to project partners
Reviewing and assigning daily creative intake requests, setting expectations with design
and business partner teams to handle prioritization for all work that comes through
Work with stakeholders and creative teams to deliver high quality and volume assets for
global campaigns
Managing team workload balance and resource allocation
Deep dive into project requirements gaining understanding of needs for projects that
may at times be ambiguous
Help create strategic programs that improve the team’s processes, infrastructure and
workflows
Creative Campaign Management & Cross Functional Partnership:
Creative Campaign Ownership Managing multiple cross-functional projects
Manage the execution of onsite campaigns, design toolkits, and playbooks for large and
complex initiatives
Communicate progress and reports on our programs and initiatives to stakeholders
Own process framework for creative elements within larger campaigns
Define, measure, and analyze the metrics that inform the success of our programs and
initiatives; track progress, understand requirements, and communicate status to project
partners
Manage multiple active and upcoming projects by defining scope, timelines, milestones,
resource needs, budgets, and deliverables
Efficiencies, Training, and Other Projects as Needed:
Training and education on Creative systems
Continually work to optimize process and workflow for a high-functioning studio and
Creative organization and testing new workflows and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
You must have a strong background in leading creative processes and experience in
concepting, production and delivery across multiple digital content types
A strong technical aptitude with an ability to understand program or project technical
requirements
3-5 years of creative program or project manager, or account lead in a creative agency or
similar experience, preferably within e-commerce
3+ years of experience managing or working within cross-functional and creative teams
Strong business acumen with exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and project
management skills
Project Management skills: Adept at prioritizing and planning multi-stakeholder
initiatives, providing direction when needed and removing obstacles to get work done
Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational
levels
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, and
present to large groups and senior leadership level
Self-starter, and able to work in an environment where at times it may be ambiguous
Entrepreneurial mindset - Able to uncover opportunity areas, put together a plan, and
then go make it happen
