Our client, an award-winning full service agency, is looking for an Account Executive to join its team out of the Princeton, NJ office!  We are looking for someone who has worked in an ad agency for at least two years, perhaps in a Coordinator role, who is ready to take the next step in their career.   Does this sound like you?

  • Broadcast television and/or print experience
  • Must have CPG, OTC, and/or professional healthcare marketing experience

What you'll do: 

  •  Support 2 Account Managers across multiple brands, acting as liaison between internal and with client teams
  • Develop and present weekly status reports to client
  • Participate in client calls/meetings
  • Track invoices and deliverables, ensuring timelines are met and projects are within budget
  • Coordinate with media agency on tactics and associated timing for deliverables, including TV trafficking, print & digital assets
  • Create and manage project schedules
  • Manage workflow and prioritize deliverables
  • Organize server (uploading & filing documents)
  • Research clients' businesses and competitive landscape 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years working in ad agency
  • Demonstrated experience of client interaction on tactical project needs 
  • Digital experience and/or exposure to social media platforms, display, OLV 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to work autonomously, multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple accounts
  • Ability to be onsite in Princeton occassionally
