Overview

The Creative Studio at our Fintech client is looking for a talented Jr-Mid Level Interactive Designer to join our in-house agency and deliver exceptional digital experiences for our rapidly growing brand.

They are looking for someone who is nimble, driven, and forward-thinking to join the team for a 6 month initial assignment w/ strong likehood to extend/convert) —and excited to come to work every day to help people on their financial journey.

**Client strongly prefers Local Remote or PST located candidates**

In this role:

  • You’ll work closely with a copywriter, project manager, and web producer to help design the client’s website and other digital assets.
  • You’ll also partner with developers, product marketers, and other cross-functional partners to support their lending business units. 
  • They are looking for someone who is nimble, driven, and forward-thinking to join the team —and excited to come to work every day to help people on their financial journey.

What you’ll do:

  • Create/own end-to-end concept, design, and production for marketing projects across the website, digital channels, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Create consumer-facing work that is visually exciting, forward-thinking, and emotionally engaging.
  • Help us test, iterate, and optimize designs across our site, working with the marketing, web, and development teams to consistently deliver and improve business results.
  • Evolve and expand the visual language and capabilities by developing new and effective layouts and components, plus user interface elements and icons.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow members of the creative, web, and development teams as well as cross-functional stakeholders, like product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and strategy 
  • Champion the brand and user experience, and help shape the brand narrative.

What you’ll need:

  • 2-3 years MAX of relevant experience, with strong skills in web design, user experience, and/or interaction design.
  • Ability to ideate, wireframe, and prototype for the web. 
  • Strong responsive design skills, thinking mobile-first.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and iterate on different web design options based on stakeholder and creative feedback 
  • Very comfortable collaborating with copywriters, product marketers, product designers, brand strategists, and other cross functional partners. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also supporting the larger team.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects with tight timelines while producing high-quality work.
  • Proficient in design software and tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • A strong, well-rounded portfolio full of beautiful, yet functional, work that demonstrates the ability to deliver business results.
