Our client partners with award-winning local restaurants, retail, & furnished housing companies and combines environmentally conscious, advanced technologically resort-class amenities with a unique mix of short-term furnished, and long-term unfurnished apartments & penthouses. 

The Account Manager is an analytical, process-driven, proactive priority-driven marketing professional. You love to juggle a multitude of different tasks that help the in-house marketing team drive P&L, schedules, and brand consistency.  

 

What You Will Do

  • Set, manage and drive critical path project dates and deliverables

  • Track, manage, and schedule project deliverables, using online PM software Smart Sheet

  • Drive department billings to meet or exceed the department income pro forma

  • Protect the brand and ensure brand consistency and compliance 

  • Create and manage weekly department, project & team task reports, balance sheets & budget reports, and the monthly executive summary

  • Manage job & order intake for the department 

  • Track and manage project budgets, receivables & payables, gather & manage vendor bids, create property quotes, issue vendor purchase orders, set up new vendors, and process vendor invoices for payment

  • Manage vendor relationships and the preferred vendor lists, yearly pricing negotiations & agreements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years as Account Director, Account Supervisor, Account Executive, or 5+ years working for an advertising agency or department

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or marketing

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing account management & AR/AP/P&L experience.

  • Professional experience with project management processes, and software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.

  • Professional experience creating and managing RFPs, bids, quotes, vendor payments, and budgets.

  • Experience managing print projects, print production, and print fulfillment with an understanding of the technical print requirements to be able to bid, quote and coordinate the production and installation of print collateral.

  • Experience in working within a brand environment, helping manage and maintain brand consistency through marketing and print collateral.

  • Professional experience with MS Office, (advanced Excel), Soci & Adobe Creative Suite - Google analytics, MRI, and Power BI are a bonus.
