As a key strategic leader reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own building successful products that power our customers' needs. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy for the rapidly growing ad intelligence offerings within industry-leading market intelligence platforms. You’ll be the coach, develop, and advocate for a team of product managers, and guide the whole picture from strategy, planning, to supporting your team to craft and iterate on our product experiences. Your team will be responsible for building deep collaboration with design and engineering, and ship a lot of engaging, beautiful and personalized new product experiences.
What You Will Do:
- You will own the roadmap for ad products; drive the vision, build product roadmap, and drive execution through all stages of product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- You will inspire, coach and mentor the Product Managers on your team
- You will work with the ad focused development teams, the panel team, and the partnership team to conceptualize and prototype new data sets
- You will evangelize your products with product and company leadership as well as your global stakeholders
- You will speak to customers regularly to get feedback and creatively get competitive insights
Experience We Want to See
- You should have successful experience in product leadership positions in high growth companies, including leading products for SaaS and/or Ad businesses
- This is a management role which requires proven experience leading Product Management teams
- The Ad Products team is asked to innovate on complex proprietary data sets so the Director must have experience managing teams that can turn raw data into actionable insights
- This role will span multiple products so you must be able to triage multiple initiatives to make a judgment to tackle the right problems at the right time.
- To be successful in this role deep experience in the advertising and mobile space is a big plus
