We're looking for a Senior Designer to join our Creative team. In collaboration with our Creative Directors, Art Directors and Copywriters, you’ll be responsible for implementing and executing the design output on your accounts. The ideal candidate will have a technical mastery of typography, messaging hierarchy, color and composition and be able to communicate design rationale. Translate the team’s ideas into high-caliber, conceptual designs that engage, enlighten and inspire the end user.
Coordinate design delivery across projects and support the Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to ensure that work is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Follow brand guidelines and best practices to develop a variety of creative materials - digital media, social, motion graphics, user interfaces, web graphics, print collateral, color schemes, and layouts for use in advertising or website projects.
Create assets for prospective client presentations and in-house communications.
Pursue and maintain an exceptional level of craft with the highest design standards and attention to detail, bringing a perspective on trends and what’s next in design to the agency.
Collaborate and brainstorm creative concepts alongside project teams and help develop original campaigns.
Guide junior designers in the development of the technical and soft skills relevant to their growth as professional designers.
Consistently deliver work that meets or exceeds department expectations.
Expert understanding of digital and print production processes
Expert understanding of best practices for social, digital, and print.
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Google Slides and Keynote
Ability to work on multiple projects at once and to meet deadlines on a daily basis in a team-oriented environment
3–6 years years experience as a graphic designer in the following areas: Interactive, agency creative, or graphic design
