This role is a great way to get your foot in the door with world renowned agency. They are looking to train and promote within. This could be entry level!

 

Position Function:

- This role supports the production team as needed while continuing to learn the digital production

process. Provides production support on larger projects but also will be producing banners, emails, digital

advertising assets and campaigns, and experiential projects. Associate digital producers are expected to build

relationships across teams, with vendors, and begin to understand agency and client contract processes in

addition to digital production trends and requirements. This role will provide a variety of project types and

opportunities to grow skillsets within traditional and non-traditional digital projects and emerging technology

Position Specific Responsibilities/Duties:

- Support digital producers on clients including web, media, and experiential

- Produce online ad units, assets for programmatic media, emails, digital assets for direct mail and digital media

campaigns. May also be responsible for producing applications, web projects, social filters, and some AR/VR

experiences.

- Track digital trends, best practices, and consider ways to innovate digital ads and activations

- Be a team player who can work well with production, creative, account, media, developers, business affairs,

vendors, and clients to manage content, design, development, and quality assurance

- Assist and manage multiple digital projects of various types and timelines simultaneously, efficiently, and

effectively

- Develop estimates and timelines for projects

- Exhibit effective project management skills and proactive communication throughout the lifecycle of a project

- Provide technical specifications support to team to ensure integrity of final delivery and foundation for quality

assurance

- Facilitate approval process across the agency with vendor partners, internal teams, and clients

- Review and test final deliverables, including online ad units, email campaigns, websites, social filters,

applications, and other content prior to launch to minimize project risks.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of agency process, digital project types, and quality assurance best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with UX and graphic design applications (i.e. Figma, Photoshop, Sketch)

- Some project management or previous digital production experience
