As a Senior Marketing Manager Alliances, you’ll have a significant impact on the growth of our business through joint marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth with Microsoft, AWS, and other hyper-scaler and alliances partners. In this role, you will be able to drive the development and execution of the SolarWinds marketing strategy with hyper-scaler partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, and other key technology partners
Collaborate globally with SolarWinds business development, regional marketing, sales, and channel teams on joint marketing plans to achieve pipeline goals with top strategic cloud and technology partners
Lead the marketing team calls with partners to drive alignment and execution of campaigns
Drive the setting of KPIs and the measurement of ROI of the developed marketing plans – aligned to company pipeline and revenue goals
Build and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans to drive increased sales of SolarWinds hybrid and cloud products with Microsoft and AWS
Manage the execution of available co-marketing funds to drive identified marketing programs
Ability to execute on a plan and act with urgency
Agile with a collaborative, curious, and inventive mindset
Demonstrates high emotional intelligence, sound judgement, and makes thoughtful recommendations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10+ years of experience with Partner and Alliance programs within the software/technology industry
Prior experience working with Microsoft is required, AWS and Google experience is a bonus.
