Overview

Our client who provides Leadership and Culture Management Solutions is looking for an experienced Director of Demand Generation (100% Remote) to lead our marketing growth initiatives and deliver quality leads that convert to pipeline. They will contribute directly to our marketing efforts through impactful, insight- and data-driven demand generation. This role will strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs across channels to generate quality leads and also manage the process of qualifying those leads. They are responsible for tracking and reporting the effectiveness of the campaigns through KPI dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong track-record of uncovering and communicating best practices to further optimize and nurture conversion to sales.

This role requires proven success in several areas including: lead prospecting, digital marketing, content utilization, paid and social media, as well as deep expertise in marketing automation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, track, and report on full-funnel methods for driving leads through organic and paid traffic
• Collaborate with teams to optimize campaign performance through audience targeting A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content
• Assist in content development to target our audience throughout the full lifecycle
• Identify new markets and test modern marketing tactics to fuel business growth
• Provide tactical planning solutions for workflows and strategies based on results
• Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads
• Support our events strategy with client-valued content and experiences to drive deeper, more meaningful audience engagement
• Measure, analyze, and broadly communicate marketing KPIs with a bias for action
• Identify gaps where progress could be accelerated, and develop plans to address
• Deliver real-time dashboards and ongoing performance reports to leadership

SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Expert-level understanding of B2B demand generation
• Experience collaborating with sales teams to connect digital marketing to sales pipeline (ABM, etc.)
• Measurement-focused and results-driven across the full spectrum of campaign activities
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, audience targeting, and testing techniques
• Strong strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills
• Experience using metrics to help drive decisions and fuel business growth
• Creative and analytical thinking skills
• Professional and positive approach. Collaborative, self-motivated, team player. Ability to work on own initiative by managing expectations and driving for prioritization
• Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communication including the ability to clearly present recommendations and to summarize complex issues
• High-level understanding of industry best practices and trends in developing subject lines that increase email deliverability, open and click-through rates

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or business-related field.
• 7-10 years B2B demand gen marketing experience
• Digital marketing experience across paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn experience preferred)
• Pardot and HubSpot expertise
• Salesforce experience to properly monitor and report KPIs
• Demand-driven content strategy experience
