Overview

Join our client’s growing Creative Studio community of mission-driven creatives, communicators, strategists, and technologists who love what they do, and challenge the status quo.

As a Creative Project Manager you will:
• Support public and private-sector clients who tackle issues like HIV/AIDS, disaster preparedness, human trafficking, climate change, child welfare, and more.
• Act as a liaison between the account team and the creative team to own the creative development process, making sure we get the best work out of the team at maximum efficiency and quality for the company and client.
• Oversee workflow in multiple mediums across the account deliverables list, ensuring version control, edits, internal deadlines, final deadlines, quality control and final release files all are optimized.
• Assist in capture and organic growth estimating in partnership with Ops and Acct Teams.
• Help manage outside vendors such as printers, photographers etc.
• Draft internal and external creative development schedules geared around key milestones and stakeholders, that also allow for the best creative product.
• Audit hours, budgets, staff to match against expectations, and proactive considerations, keeping everything moving smoothly.



TOP 3 THINGS YOU WANT TO SEE ON A RESUME/SOFT SKILLS:

Best fit: Ad agency experience, 2-10 years of Creative PM experience, extremely strong communicator—on email, especially.

A positive individual who is also detail-oriented, assertive, determined, and tenacious, as they need to be able to tee up jobs for the Creative team and negotiate timelines with the Account team.

Strong organizational skills, a total "Left-Brain", and someone who truly enjoys helping others. There are a variety of people on the creative and accounts teams—will be interacting with many different levels--

Very important to have someone who pays close attention to detail, as the projects will come at a fast, agency pace.

EXAMPLE OF A DELIVERABLE THEY'D BE WORKING ON:

Managing a variety of Print and Digital deliverables–social media graphics, fact sheets, PPT templates, Word templates, infographics, complex diagrams, publications, POP, bill inserts, specific client-related rebranded materials, a little web, etc...


TOOLS/MUST-HAVES:

You will have:
• 2+ years of experience in creative operations, preferably within an agency environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Ability to multi-task while ensuring that the Creatives and Account team meet tight deadlines and stay on track.
• Fantastic “soft skills” for managing/collaborating/communicating with people.
• Experience in the fulfillment requirements for creative deliverables across media – print, social, digital.
• Someone who is positive and easy to work with, but also someone who is assertive, determined, and tenacious.
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented.
