Overview

Company in health industry is hiring a Sr. Digital Marketing Manger (or Director) on a permanent basis. This role is REMOTE, generally working Central Time Zone hours.

Over time there is lots of growth oppportunity within this position. Company is also open to hiring Director level candidates.

The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager improves the customer experience by leading an agile customer-centric creative team and ensuring content created is what customers value. The MM is responsible for the company’s marketing and communication plan and executes on-time in in-budget.

The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager specializes in planning, managing and executing marketing and communications projects and reports to the Marketing Director. The MM creates tactics based on the marketing strategy and goals set for the marketing campaign. In addition, the MM works as an integral member of the sales and marketing team to assist in lead generation, event planning, customer service, and company branding, and internal and external communication. The MM will lead a team of creatives to execute tactics that meet goals for both offline and online marketing campaigns (email, SEO, paid ads, lead generation, social media, mobile, etc)

MUST KNOW: Demand Generation, SEO, Email marketing, and strategy around email list management. 

 

Experience working in highly regulated industries is preferred. 


Duties and Responsibilities
 

Oversight of the creative marketing team, managing time and attendance, KPIs, and expectations
Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control marketing program efficiency
Reviews and analyzes department performance against customer and company expectations to confirm all projects are completed accurately and on time
Utilizes company CRM platform, Salesforce, to track tickets and log marketing activities into customer profiles
Develops and creates materials including digital content for internal and external communications
Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing plans and tactics to meet changing market and competitive conditions
Develops and recommends product positioning to produce the highest possible long-term market share
Collaborates with Director of Marketing and works cross-functionally to maintain perspective of current markets using available knowledge resources and sales data
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
Oversees all industry conference and trade show events including pre and post event reporting
Assists with content creation and ensuring all formatting and content are consistent with company policies and branding
Assists in the development of internal Sales Excellence Programs and related training material
Conceptualizes and executes multi-channel campaigns to increase inbound lead generation
Manages a rich content/editorial library that attracts a qualified audience (including whitepapers, eBooks, landing pages, infographics, etc.)
Manages social media presence on several platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook
Provide support to the Company’s SEO team by offering strategic advice and making available the resources necessary for them to execute SEO driven marketing activities
Identifies and presents concepts and ideas for innovative customer facing campaigns
Plans and oversees marketing promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
Designs, executes, and tracks internal and external communications
Develops provider resources and training material
Measures the success of marketing campaigns and plans and reports back to the marketing director.

Experience with CRM systems
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot, preferred (or similar programs acceptable)
High level of skill in Microsoft Office suite - as a minimum Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Flexibility and capability to undertake travel

Experience and Qualifications
College education required (B.S.) in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
5-7 years of related experience
Pharmaceutical, Medical Marketing, Fitness, or Wellness experience preferred
