An exciting consumer goods company is looking to hire an eCommerce Analyst to work on a full-time basis (remote okay). Ideal candidate has experience a/b testing, optimizing websites for conversion and is expert in building reporting, automating it and presenting to senior leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead optimization for the dotcom and Amazon
Optimize order value and attachment of bundles/upsells at checkout
Work with commerce engineers to automate, analyze, and forecast all aspects of E-Commerce from product listings to promotions, inventory, and fulfillment
Collaborate with our marketing team to reduce CPA by optimizing conversion at the bottom of the funnel
Collaborate with our customer experience team to analyze pre and post-purchase questions, feedback, and order support requests
Pull and analyze e-commerce performance for weekly and monthly reports using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Metabase
Ad hoc reporting on various projects to keep the team aware of what is working and to identify new testing ideas/opportunities
Support A/B/multivariate measurement plans for test and learn optimization
Translate information into practical business insight, using those insights to drive informed decisions
REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years of experience as an ecommerce analyst
Solid analytical skills with a focus on metrics and experimentation
Ready to work at a small startup in a fast-paced environment
Experience either in-house or at an agency optimizing Amazon and D2C storefronts for a consumer brand
Comfortable working multi-functionally and across organizational levels in different locations
Experience with relational databases (SQL queries) and front-end reporting (Metabase) a plus
