Job Description


Our client is looking for an analytically-driven digital marketer to help them bring our amazing customer selling experience into the limelight. The Digital Marketing Manager - Performance Display will grow new and existing advertising programs into a cutting edge portfolio that will meaningfully increase private vehicle purchases.

Purpose of the Role:

  • Build out & execute lower-funnel customer acquisition strategy for company's appraisal business
  • Drive meaningful, bottom-line performance
  • Add a unique perspective to a thriving, collaborative & analytically driven group of digital marketers
  • Translate organizational goals into business objectives & achieve those objectives 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Master Display & Social Performance Media landscape
  • Drive performance through various ad platforms
  • Lead development of multi-platform strategy to drive incremental performance for the organization
  • Evaluate new ad tactics using modern testing methods
  • Constantly assess & improve performance of existing programs, keeping them firing on all cylinders by digging deep into the numbers, going to the second or third level to gain true understanding in partnership with analytics
  • Lead cross-functional program resources to prioritize & achieve program objectives (including internal analyst, creative, web, etc. and external agencies)
  • Create a culture of collaboration & think beyond area of responsibility
  • Develop & maintain strong lines of communication & relationships with key members of the organization
  • Work hand-in-hand with awareness media for a full-funnel customer acquisition approach
  • Evolve advertising to match the evolution of customer offering and the platforms on which they advertise


  • 4-7 years in performance display and/or performance social media strategy and/or analytics
  • Understand display/social ecosystem, current expert on at least one platform (e.g. GA, fb/insta)
  • Strong analytic, teamwork & communication skills
  • Relentlessly curious
  • Experience building successful programs from scratch
  • Thrives in a team setting & working towards a common goal
  • Outcome oriented
