Our B2B/SaaS client is seeking a UX Researcher to conduct formative and evaluative research for one of their software products.

This role is 6 months with potential to extend, 40 hours per week, fully remote from anywhere in the U.S.

**This role will involve meetings with stakeholders on East Coast Time**

Responsibilites:

• Tactical formative and evaluative research such as usability testing, card sorting, and concept/prototype testing
• Run studies focusing on the software's navigation, to ensure it works for current and potential users
• Uncover actionable insights
• Assist with research projects for other teams as needed
• Collaborate and engage with stakeholders on the team

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of qualitative UX research for digital products -- usability testing and card sorting required
• Experience researching Information Architecture (software navigation in this case)
• Ideally: experience researching a product featuring a collaborative workspace
• Portfolio/website of research case studies outlining actionable insights
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
