Top 3 Must Haves:

• Prior experience in project management is strongly preferred

We're looking to bring on someone for longer term 

(Ideally Contract to Hire position).

Will work remotely until offices re-open.

 

The Manager of GTM PMO reports to the Sr. Manager of GTM PMO and is responsible for the coordination and execution of launch deliverables for Mobile Marketing Operations. 

This position is responsible for the following performance objectives for their assigned products/projects:

Mobile launch readiness preparation between 14+ Mobile teams (Product Marketing, Product Management, Carrier and National Retail Account Teams, Public Relations, B2B, Customer care, etc.), and Korea Headquarters (HQ) (Regional Product Marketing (RPM), Marketing, and Retail teams) in coordinating all key handheld phone (HHP) launch milestones

Establishing a comprehensive master launch preparation schedule capturing all aforementioned milestones

Working with HQ RPM and Marketing teams to establish creative asset (e.g. photography, logos, key visuals, messaging, etc.) delivery schedules that support the master launch schedule

Assuring that all teams’ activities track to or beat key milestones by leading a weekly working level GTM PMO coordination meeting with all launch teams

Work with the Mobile Marketing and Carrier/National Retail account teams to identify unique customer launch requirements for inclusion in the master launch schedule

Identify critical path milestones and work with involved launch teams to establish mitigation plans for any potential schedule delays via driving proactive issue resolution meetings with the affected teams

Assist with meeting preparation including presentation materials, etc. and post meeting recaps to ensure all parties are informed of key decisions and meeting outcomes

Work closely with Project and Product Manager to ensure device specifications are accurate and works with the Launch and Brand teams to ensure launch strategy is cohesive and consistent

Necessary Skills and Attributes:

Bachelor's Degree in business management, marketing or related field with 6+ years of directly related experience is required

Prior experience in project management is strongly preferred

Prior experience in a telecommunications environment preferred

Experience working with multinational companies

Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite and extensive use of Windows presentation software in an NT LAN/WAN network environment

Ability to develop and maintain Gantt charts in excel and MS project proficiency a plus

Ability to facilitate and synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into strategic direction/deliverable(s)

Self-starter with excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and detail-oriented a must

Ability to diagnose scheduling issues and facilitate conflict resolution

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.

Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.

Read and interpret marketing documents, media materials, and contracts (or related documents) based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy.

Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for internal and external personnel at all levels, especially in the sales and marketing, logistical, or financial areas of clients, prospects, and company.

Superior level of project management skills, including the ability to prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives, create promotional materials, coordinate and direct project teams, manage creative developers, select and control printing and production resources, and manage budgets.

Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.

Demonstrated ability to interact with senior levels within the organization and within external contacts
