PROJECT MANAGER: At least 2 years of project management experience required
The primary responsibility of the project manager is to manage assigned client projects through their life cycle, including scoping proposals and timelines, creating estimates, and managing budgets and schedules. The project manager works closely with other team members to facilitate consistent communication between the agency’s creative, web, media, video and account services teams, ensuring the on-time delivery of all client projects.
An effective problem-solver on a day-to-day basis, the project manager must be adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities. And truthfully, sometimes being a mind reader helps!
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
Manages project timelines, estimates and outside expenditures
Manages project-related freelancers daily
Proactively manages and updates project schedules
Manages project transactions (reviews and adjusts) on a weekly basis
Maintains deep understanding of project workflow and is able to help others adhere to it
Advocates for appropriate budgets and timelines
Work collaboratively with accounts, media, creative and billing teams
Experience with Workamajig agency management software is a plus
