Our healthcare client is looking for a Digital Copywriter to support their marketing team while a team member is on leave; *This position can be remote and will cover a 3 month maternity leave with the possibility of extending.
This position will require a client facing Account manager with strong web and UX writing skills
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Assists in developing creative writing solutions that provide a consistent message about our company and products.
Writes, edits, and reviews content for provider and member communications programs digital programs (microsites, mobile, etc.).
Works with Business Owners, UX Designers, Digital Solutions Team, Traffic Managers, Coordinators, etc
Ensures all materials meet internal and external business and legal standards and follows appropriate corporate standards, guidelines, and approval processes.
Responsible for working many jobs; sending to proofing, submitting for approval, working with stakeholders.
Must have excellent oral and written communication, and project management skills
Must understand digital properties, wireframes and different elements of a website from a content perspective
Strong attention to detail. Customer-service oriented, team-player, problem-solver who can work independently with minimal oversight.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Requires a BA/BS degree;
Experience in health care or managed care preferred.
Must have UX Writing experience
