What will you do?
- Ability to build, own, and manage a product roadmap from features to prioritize to the next big thing
- Work on analytical business cases for features and product changes
- Work closely with engineering to deliver best-in-class software and a digital-first customer experience
- Team up with designers and product owners to create experiences that are based on customer needs
- Identify and drive user research to better understand the needs and priorities of Small Businesses
- Promote a modern approach to technology and cultivate innovation across teams
What we’re looking for:
-Experience in building and shipping great products in an agile environment
-Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data and logic to make compelling business cases
-Experience leveraging user research and analysis to develop powerful product features for a differentiated product experience.
-Experience in digital marketing with basic knowledge of marketing technology and tools
-Knowledge of web analytics and testing, ideally with experience in analytics tools such as GoogleAnalytics/Adobe Site Catalyst, and testing tools such as Adobe Target or Optimizely
-Intellectually curious, inquisitive, and open minded
-Integrated thinkers and creative problem solvers
-Excellent and confident communicators, negotiators, and influencers
-Entrepreneurial ability to identify and prioritize opportunities in ambiguous contexts
-Track record of defining strategy, creating alignment, and being accountable for outcomes
-Fluid in adapting to and embracing change for themselves and with others
-Executive communications and presentations
-Working understanding of design thinking
-At least 5 years of experience in complex problem solving
-At least 3 years of experience in People management

-Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

-Experience working in or with small businesses/start-ups
