We are looking for a Designer/Art Director with a portfolio showcasing simplicity, sophistication, typography and an appreciation for the relationship between visual and textual elements. Your work should be smart and understated and have a mix of print, digital and logos, and illustration experience is a nice-to-have. You must have integrated, expandable, evocative ideas, as well as strong conceptual skills and the desire to push solid strategy into unexpected places. Your passion for advertising is backed by a design sensibility and an interest in communication that transcends any particular medium: from simplistic banners to in-depth omni channel campaigns.
5-10 years agency experience
Proven ability to design for a variety of audiences, brands, and industries
A mix of print and digital work samples
Good listening and distillation skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines, often while working independently; Art Directors are able to put their heads down and produce awesome work without constant supervision
Ability to articulate ideas well, be resourceful and persistent in execution
A commitment to high quality work and building positive relationships with all
Adobe Creative Suite expertise
