Job Description


    • This position is responsible for developing the strategy for and executing on recruitment marketing for the company globally to enable the company to achieve recruitment goals

    •  Partner with the recruiting team and leadership team to determine strategy, including timing for content calendars, initiatives, events, etc. to target the right candidates for the right roles in different areas of the world 

    • Develop effective recruitment marketing materials, including recruiting marcomm collateral and promotional content such as email copy, brochures, web copy, presentations and videos, and generate original ideas and assist with the development and production of short videos highlighting the company's people, life and programs

    • Manage a global social media content calendar, working in collaboration with the India-based social media team members and identifying opportunities to streamline and amplify messaging

    • Regularly analyze information from marketing campaigns to determine effectiveness and calibrate strategies/content as necessary to optimize impact and results


Required Qualifications & Experience

    •  At least 6 years relevant work experience in a multinational professional services environment, including all aspects of the integrated marketing mix – digital marketing/advertising, content marketing, social media, event marketing, email/marketing automation, and PR 

    •  Experience in recruitment marketing for a professional services/consulting firm preferred; will also consider candidates with recruitment marketing experience from an agency or brand

    •  Experience managing a small marketing team preferred (will have 1-3 direct reports, with 2 potentially in India); will also consider candidates who have strong recruitment marketing strategy experience but have not managed a team previously 

    •  Strong work experience creating channel-appropriate content (visual, video and curated) relevant to both new and experienced workforce, and deploying it across various marcomm channels
