Job Description

As the Account Supervisor, you build collaborative client relationships that deliver highly creative, belief-lead brands that can make a difference in the world. You have the ability to build instant trust and your attitude is infectious. ​The position includes being the primary client contact charged with all financial duties and delegation of responsibilities with cross-functional teams. You establish and drive internal teams to provoke thought leadership and value ​to exceed client expectations against goals, objectives, and overall strategic direction.​ You possess a strong work ethic, are a team player, problem solver, and have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.


Builds trust and long-term relationships with senior level clients

  • -  Works in partnership with the Creative Director and Digital Director to deliver stellar work

  • -  Manages, supports, and trains Account Managers, Account Executives, Account Coordinators,​ ​and Interns ​to provide the utmost level of client service and meet the objectives of the agency

    ​- ​Ensures the overall health of the client relationship

  • -  Leads the agency team to deliver work of the highest quality; on time and on budget

  • -  Plans, develops, executes, and defends all branding initiatives

  • -  Keeps management informed of account developments

  • -  Ensures in all interactions the Account Supervisor leads the client, rather than take orders

  • -  Manages the teams project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure campaigns are​ ​delivered on time and on budget

  • -  Drives strategic and creative solutions and helps to sell the work

  • -  Promotes the expansion of business with existing clients

  • -  Drives profit goals on each account

  • -  Plays an active role in the sales process

  • -  Develops and manages the campaign budget projections, tracking, and billing



  • -  Education: BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications

  • -  A minimum of ​five​ (​5​) years of account service experience at top tier agencies

  • -  Experienced in managing an account team and great leadership skills

  • -  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the aptitude in fostering long-term​ ​relationships

  • -  Ability to plan and strategize at a senior level

  • -  A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects

  • -  A keen attention-to-detail and budgetary restraints

  • -  Extremely detail oriented and organized

  • -  Persuasive and polished presentations

  • -  Demonstrate dedication, passion, and commitment

  • -  A natural tendency toward enthusiasm, fresh thinking, and creative solutions

  • -  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • -  Strong problem solving skills

  • -  Strong understanding of all components of brand development, including brand storytelling,​ ​identity, websites, content, etc.

  • -  Full awareness of creative processes and techniques

  • -  Proficient in Google Suite, Mavenlink, and Bugherd are a plus
