My client a global media group are looking for a Paid Social Manager/Account Director working on a fashion retailer with a massive advertising budget. My client has some great benefits from free breakfast to a subsidised cafe and gym memberships and flexible working hours.
Support the Account Lead and BD on the strategic development and growth of the retail account, ensuring best in class strategy being implemented across the team
Support the Account Lead and BD on validating the importance of Brand Social activity in driving impact on online and offline performance through test & learn, and bespoke measurement solutions like Brand Lift, DAR and Holdout test
To develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders: Clients, Media Owners, Strategy and Insight, Data and Tech, and third party data and tech providers.
To ensure client and agency targets are achieved and effectively grow Paid Social revenue
Client & Account Management:
Develop, install and supervise efficient best practice, quality team materials and standardisation of processes across the team.
Provide guidance to the Account Managers on day-to-day media performance of the global brand and local activities
Support global brand clients on ad-hoc questions, data requests and forecasting
Own Response To Brief for brand campaigns, working closely with the Account Managers to deliver a data-driven, strategic response and media plans
Champion best practice and provide support to the team in producing quality process, ways of working, and case studies
Team & Line Management:
To create a strong ‘team’ ethos and exhibit focused and positive team leadership
Equip Account Managers and Sr. Account Execs to understand and be able to run effective brand campaigns
Upskill Account Managers & Sr. Account Execs on planning, buying and measurement, especially beyond Facebook
Line manage all Account Managers' career development and progression
Actively recruit and seek the best and brightest talent
Must currently be an account director in a paid social team or equivalent level (c. 5yrs. experience)
Experience planning, managing and activating both brand and direct response campaigns on Paid Social (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest)
Advanced knowledge of Facebook family of apps, Twitter, Pinterest and Snapchat
Demonstrable examples of driving innovation in Biddable media
Experience managing a team of 5+ people: hiring and developing talent, conducting appraisals, as well as performance management
Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to engage with senior clients
Be solution driven and innovative with how they drive performance for their accounts.
Be strategic and commercially minded in planning goals for their teams as well as being able to shape and develop a biddable strategy
Proven experience training and leading teams
Deep understanding of the principles of common attribution models, understands the current industry challenges around measurement and can confidently articulate the
limitations of third party measurement solutions.
Will Ideally Have:
Experience in fashion retail or e-commerce brand
Experience working with big paid social budget
Experience working with Nordics or U.S. clients
Experience with PMDs and third party data and tech providers, such as 4C, Smartly, or Sprinklr.
Experience with advanced measurement solutions like Nielsen DAR, conversion lift test and data modelling
Knowledge of other channels so they can have full understanding of digital –Paid Social, Programmatic, Remarketing, Video etc.
