Job Description

We are looking for a qualified IT Administrator to join our IT team. Under the direction of the IT Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service for Tier 2 support. This position will maintain and coordinate with enterprise applications, as well as administer file sharing services, users, and assist with system builds/migration. Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide on-site desktop support 
• Resolve IT Level 1-3 tickets within the service desk queue accurately, timely, and ensure the communication documented within tickets is complete and respectful
• Maintain and manage software and hardware inventory
• Assist with Azure/Azure-hosted/SaaS application integrations with Azure Enterprise Applications, Teams, Exchange, AAD, AADDS, etc.
• Assist with file server health maintenance including operating system updates, patches, configuration changes, redirected folders, departmental or group shares, quota management, and permissions as well as managing user accounts and security groups on multiple systems including Active Directory
• Maintain and administer Jira and Confluence for Gaming projects
• Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams (i.e. product developers) and follow-up with customers to identify areas of improvement
• Evaluation of new systems for purchase recommendations and recommend changes based upon insight from technology developments
• Serve as a role model, by demonstrating exceptional ability and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities

Position Requirements (Abilities and Skills):
• Previous experience as an IT Administrator
• Solid technical background combined with excellent customer service experience
• Broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, multi-level computer systems, applications, services and/or equipment
• Good organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle multiple priorities and time constraints related to system support, upgrades and implementations
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Working knowledge of Windows technologies
• Experience with Active Directory, Group policy, DNS, DHCP, Azure, PowerShell
• Experience with SAML and SKIM
• Linux System Administration/Support experience
• Project management experience
• Expert communication skills both written and verbal forms, including proper phone etiquette and ability to provide support to varying levels of users from both a technical and non-technical background
• Flexible in working outside of core business hours at short notice
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
• IT Computing Environment certification preferred (i.e. Azure, Microsoft IT Certified Professional)
