My Client is a Global Technology Company known for online applications as well as consumer electronics. They are currently looking for a Partners Coordinator to join their team for a 12 month contract. The role pays up to £48 000/annum PAYE pro rata.
The UKI Partners team helps drive revenue and satisfaction by engaging, activating and incentivizing our partners and customers. The purpose of the team is to identify, develop and run innovative marketing campaigns to inspire, educate and grow our agencies.
The Partners coordinator is involved in supporting the ongoing operational aspects of the program in UK and Ireland. This role includes event management, content management, community building activities, some campaign analysis and improving efficiencies.
You will work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, and legal to support our mission to get every agency the help it needs to succeed.
Campaign strategy: developing and executing best in class SMB marketing campaigns
Cross functional working: Working closely with our Sales, Product enablement, Regional and Global teams.
Event management: plan and execute successful online training, seminars and conferences working with a number of teams.
Content management: manage local content strategy on a regular basis and ensure ongoing quality of user experience
Work with internal teams to gather content (including marketing and training) for programs
Work with customer support teams to improve regular, scalable communications for our customers e.g. newsletters, eDMs, DM campaigns
Reporting and analysis: track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insight and analysis to improve efficiencies.
MA/BA or equivalent
Experience in marketing/project management
Strong analytical skills required to measure impact of marketing efforts and operational efficiency
Event organisation skills
Understanding of the Business Solutions and online advertising market
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and advanced level of proficiency in PowerPoint.
Excellent problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment.
Proven leadership skills
Proven ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams
Ability to deliver quality outputs in an exciting and dynamic environment with an ability to work to tight deadlines
Strategic judgement and drive to design and innovate new B2B programs.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles.
