Our client, a leader in corporate education solutions, is in need of multiple Instructional Designers, to support the development of training materials for a variety of organization. Their Instructional Designers leverage agile learning design approaches and processes to solve complex business problems with best in class and cutting-edge learning solutions that drive meaningful growth with measurable learning outcomes. This role will play a critical part in their efforts to be create world-class learning experiences for their clients.
This role requires strong project management, a solid understanding of how people learn, and the creative talent and curiosity to challenge the status quo, innovate, and help re-imagine learning. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Learning and Experience Design.
In this role, you will…
Define the scope and timelines needed to complete learning projects, define the process, risks and resources needed, and adapt quickly as business priorities and learning needs evolve
Design and deliver learning experiences that produce desired outcomes in creative, engaging, relevant, and sustainable ways that are reflective of their client's culture and brand
Fluidly navigate multiple authoring tools to develop complex learning solutions and share your knowledge with the team.
Demonstrate commitment to teamwork through relationship building and effective collaboration with business subject matter experts, and Learning & Leadership partners

Have experience with experiential learning design/adult learning theory
Have classroom-learning design experience that includes a high degree of interactivity - experience creating Instructor Lead Training is a must have for this role
Have eLearn design experience – storyboarding interactive eLearning from scratch
A successful record of designing blended learning experiences that include simulations, games, video, just-in-time learning solutions, job aids and infographics, and animation/motion graphics
Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as Articulate, Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe tools.
Ability to build rapport and influence peers and leadership
Ability to lead diverse projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, evolving environment
