Our client is looking for an interactive producer to join a dynamic, growing team in the Raleigh-Durham triangle area.
The Interactive Producer leads the production and deployment of various digital projects from landing pages to assessment tools and event experiences and is ultimately responsible for the delivery of high quality solutions that exceed client satisfaction, meet business requirements, and balance client and agency economics.
As part of the agency operations team, this role works closely with the client services, strategy, creative, and development teams to establish priorities, outline deliverables, and manage the successful completion of all assigned projects.
Candidates must have proven record of success in a fast-paced environment and understand the uniquely creative nature of the work we are known for. Past experience managing relationships with clients, vendors, and artists is required.
Provide oversight for various interactive projects and be an expert in UX/UI, front-end development practices and technology platforms.
Leads, organizes and documents all project and technical requirements.
Create and oversee project plans and estimates for all assigned projects that define tasks, dependencies, priorities and key milestones for all stakeholders and assigned resources.
Collaborate and partner with account teams and creative leads to assess client needs and deploy the necessary resources on a per-project basis.
Provide oversight for studio and freelance resources including the daily schedules and allocation of team resources, connecting the best resource for the creative and ensuring resources are properly allocated and utilized against prioritized projects.
Use our agency management system for: creating and maintaining project schedules, OOP estimates, resource allocation, checking for quality control, and keeping internal teams on-task to meet schedules.
Manage workflow and process (both among internal team departments and between our team and our external partners), identifying potential project risks, schedule changes, and roadblocks, and communicating implications and recommended solutions.
Lead procurement efforts to identify, vet and manage development partners and contract talent
Responsible for the cost management across portfolio of projects. Provides accurate and realistic cost-to-complete estimates and forecasts for assigned projects.
Keeps team informed of changes. Communicates clearly and frequently. Leads team communication plan; monitors and adjusts as needed to ensure effective and efficient communication.
Advocate and champion agency processes to help define team processes and rules of engagement to ensure proper workflows are in place and create strong communication principles are applied and projects hit major milestones.
4+ years of experience in a project management/operations role within a creative agency/studio or development team.
Proven track record of successfully managing various digital deliverables and coordinating a multi-disciplined, fully functional team with a strong understanding of development practices.
A responsive, action oriented, and adaptable mentality to rapidly changing priorities.
Strong understanding of traditional browser-based development, frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, etc.) and CMS platforms.
Familiarity with various project management and tracking software (Workamajig, Workbook, Basecamp, Jira, Trello).
Impeccable communication and partnership skills.
