Job Description

Our client is looking for an email marketing manager to help with maternity coverage! This will be about 30-40 hours a week.

They are looking for a successful channel marketing leader with strong business, strategy and analytic skills.

You must be a strategic leader and people manager

Responsibilities
Oversee global email channel marketing plans, providing input and strategic direction, to meet business objectives and exceed financial expectations across global markets
Manage channel P&L, closely monitor KPIs to influence and optimize campaign strategy to exceed financial objectives
Apply extensive marketing background to contribute fresh ideas and innovative concepts to develop strategic channel roadmap
Partner with creative and Go to Market teams to influence concept strategies and ensure email campaigns are meeting campaign platform goals, channel best practices and creating impact
Develop, design, run and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across offers, creative, mailable file and segmentation
Work in close collaboration with global team members from multiple functions including marketing, creative, content and analytics to elevate marketing plans and ensure campaigns are meeting objectives
Manage, inspire, and grow a small team of globally dispersed marketers
Develop new processes and identify opportunities to evolve current ones to improve the way we work with the goal of delivering value to the customer more quickly
 

Requirements:

  • Is a leader with exemplary communication skills and executive presence
  • Has an ability to adapt to changing circumstances and is a top-notch collaborator who can drive teams with diverse objectives to alignment
  • Creative, results-oriented thinker with exceptional attention to detail
  • Has experience in creating clarity and setting objectives from the nebulous while managing multiple complex initiatives at once
  • Experience managing to P&L, monitoring and reporting on KPIs and providing performance updates to senior management
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and trends to inform strategy and drive business decisions
  • 7+ years experience in strategic channel marketing, minimum 3 years people management
  • Experience working in agile or scrum a plus
