Vitamin T has an EXCITING opportunity for a Sr. Digital Project/Service Manager in Dallas, TX!
This is a great opportunity for someone that has experience in managing development and technical projects for a B2B international eCommerce team.
Due to the fact that this is a long-term temporary position, we will not be able to offer relocation assistance. Therefore, we will only consider candidates that currently live in the immediate Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
In addition, we will only consider candidates that are authorized to work in the United States without any kind of sponsorship.
This position requires someone to be on-site Monday - Friday.
Be a referrer for countries on various features and help build strong knowledge on all existing and upcoming features
Be a technical point of contact for technical eco-system
Prime contact for countries to activate existing features (“Feature activation” process)
Facilitator for the rollout of new features on Desktop, Mobile and APP
Takes part in documenting features in a central repository (gathering existing information mainly)
Previous experience as a Service Manager or Digital Project Manager required
Experience working in a multi-country / multi-cultural environment required
Strong knowledge of eCommerce (preferably on Hybris)
Strong technical skills on service-oriented architecture
Excellent English (written & spoken)
Great coordination skills
Ability to manage complex or challenging situations
