This role requires a strong understanding of customer behaviour and changes in their attitude. Being a constant communicator to senior stakeholders along the journey. Making sure that all insights are handled, understood and ensuring their implementation and full backing/buy-in from senior stakeholders.
Own the entire Consumer Insights strategy for Europe
Working closely with the Customer Analytics team to enrich the quality of all Consumer Insights
Continue to build the credibility of Consumer insights team.
Building relationships with the European senior Leadership team and the wider business.
Ensure Insight is actionable and relevant to enable the European senior leadership team to make informed decisions in line with business priorities.
Be the gatekeeper, making sure that the team focus on value-add insights.
Not afraid to actively seek appropriate feedback, support from wider team.
Overseeing quarterly insight reporting.
Collaborate with the team in US and Canada, sharing research findings and advanced techniques.
Create well-structured findings to present to stakeholders, using multiple sources of information.
Thinking ahead and weighing up consequences.

Bachelor’s degree required (in business/ marketing or psychology preferred)
7 years experience in a market research agency and/ or working client side in an insight capacity.
Preferable experience working in a leading retail business.
Experience of leading and developing a team is preferred.
Previous experience working with both quantitative and qualitative research projects and analysing quantitative data sets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability in ever changing environment
Budget management experience preferred
Simplifying complex findings and turning them into relevant and easy to understand insights for the wider team and stakeholders.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
Being able to influence decision-making within the business.
