Support IT workflows for PC’s
Have a keen understanding of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) tools and analytics technology (Intune, Workspace One, etc.)
Have in depth product knowledge of Windows 10 OS
Have a deep understanding of PC Hardware components
Deliver holistic endpoint lifecycle services for PC’s using both human and AI techniques
Influence the product development team to deliver modern IT workflows, analytics and reporting
Ability to maintain, upgrade, and implement improvements to the Windows Infrastructure
MCSA and MCSE Certifications (Microsoft Certified Solution Associate and Expert)
Experience in implementing and maintaining all Microsoft Infrastructure technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and Exchange.
Ability to design and implement an efficient scalable Active Directory Infrastructure with efficient Group Policy integration.
Manage and maintain solutions that enable modern management for DaaS UEM
Design the software-enabled service infrastructure needed to support external customer requirements; responsible for technical aspects of solution design, analysis, coding/testing and integration success
Contribute to effectiveness of endpoint monitoring and analytics solution using existing toolkits
Understand the core business processes, and apply current technology trends to innovate for the future
Engage on customer first processes, demonstrating an ability to adopt and provide feedback on conceptual mock-ups and process maps
Direct and influence multiple groups across diverse business units to drive unified solutions
Work closely with our product management and design teams to review the feature set that resonates with customers and our channel partners
Influence the engineering product development of cloud-based IT (including IT infrastructure, connectivity and applications) solutions based on direct engagement with our Customers.
