Our client, a digital news operation and publisher within the Education niche, seeks a long-term, onsite freelance Project Coordinator, for its Digital Operations group.
This Project Coordinator will act as the main assistant to the Director of Digital Operations to help coordinate the multiple projects that revolve around their Digital Transformation initiative and the implementation of new internal systems
This individual will be responsible for attending meetings, managing schedules and project timelines as well as acting as the eyes and ears for the Digital Director.
He/She will act as a conduit for the meetings and updates relating to the initiative, working closely with the Director of Digital Operations to determine priorities, making decisions or recommendations of next steps, and providing information to both internal and external stakeholders.
Will also be assisting with writing projects including new forms for contact pages, registrations, account management forms, and product white papers, all for multiple reports, all which will need to be integrated with their CMS by the digital team.
This individual will also assist with providing SOWs for the CMS and design agency vendors, and providing other documents as necessary.
