A learning science company and one of the "big three" educational publishers that provides customized educational content, software, and services for pre-K through postgraduate education, is seeking a Creative Production Manager!

artdirection experience would be a major plus as you are managing the process and you can provide feedback on quality of design
experience in graphic design is a MAJOR plus! A portion of the role would be responsible for executing simple design work in addition to managing the creative process
Following predefined templates for print layouts, display ad edits, image resizing, power-point updates, social image creation, etc. We’re looking for someone who can jump in when the project management tasks don’t take all of their time.
This is a fastpacedenvironment.

Full Job Spec:
The Creative Production Manager is responsible for scheduling, resourcing and ensuring the quality and on-time delivery of all creative work. He/she is highly organized and will collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders as well as external freelancers and agencies to ensure all creative briefs are turned into quality deliverables. The Creative Production Manager will report to the Director of Creative and Marketing and work closely with members of the Higher Education Central Marketing team as well as other internal stakeholders.
Responsible for tracking all creative projects and deadlines.
Review the accuracy and completeness of all creative requests by internal stakeholders.
Manage and promote a smooth workflow and communication between internal stakeholders requesting creative assets. Creative assets include but is not limited to photographs, video, graphic design assets for the website, e-mails, campaigns, social media and advertisements.
Assist the Creative team members primarily consisting of freelancers in organizing and prioritizing their deliverables.
Communicate changes and update on status of deliverables with internal stakeholders. Proactively address and resolve any barriers that may cause delays.
Coordinate payment of freelancers and other vendors.
Collaborate and work with the Creative team members to complete and finalize all deliverables
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative production role.
A College Diploma or University Degree
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects, moving parts and timelines in order to meet firm deadlines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A meticulous attention to all the fine details.
Strong knowledge of the design and production workflow for marketing, campaigns and events.
Proficiency in SmartSheet or other project management platforms
