Marketing Progam Manager

Full-time, Onsite (Downtown Austin)

Temp to Perm (~3 months)

DOE $55,000-62,000, plus benefits (Paid hourly during temp period)

 

Join a strategic marketing firm before the end of the year!  Our clients is looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager.

 

Requirements

  • 2-6 years experience in Marketing Program Management

 

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing program management lead working in partnership with Account
  • Director/Group Account Director. Program manager to ensure program plans align with
  • Help establish consultative partnership with clients based on experience in marketing
  • Daily management of all projects to ensure seamless delivery on time and on budget
  • Participation in client status meetings including setting agendas, creating conference
  • Co-collaborator during ideation and strategic planning sessions
  • Management of creative/production resources and internal team stakeholders
  • Collaboration with creative team throughout the content creation process including asset review to ensure creative team revisions have been completed
  • Develop and maintain external vendor relationships as necessary
  • Continuous commitment to program, project and process optimization and making and are executed to strategy program execution & best practices across disciplines (traditional, digital, new media & partner marketing) reports and managing logistics when necessary supporting recommendations as applicable 
  • Work with Account Director/Group Account Director to ensure project profitability and
  • Ensure contributing team members are thoroughly briefed and that the needs of the client and the team are well balanced
