Job Description

The Web Product Manager will work across website and stakeholder teams to manage the overall web roadmap, including, but not limited to: identification and definition of business requirements, oversight of project development and implementation, and KPI development. This individual will also support the web team’s internal and external communications efforts to increase understanding and utilization of our Web capabilities throughout the organization. At least five (5) years of Web experience is required.  Background in product management and Scrum/Agile experience preferred.  Having a background in either directing or doing user research is ideal.

Responsibilities will include:

• Drive cross-team collaboration to develop actionable business requirements, project plans, and KPIs for global Web projects
• Work with UX, design and development teams to shepherd projects through the development process from initiation to rollout.
• Work with internal teams to manage project backlog to align with overall roadmap
• Partner with Intelligent Personalized Marketing team to develop KPIs for projects as well as analyze and assess the performance of new site functionality
• Work with the prototyping and testing teams to create functional testing plans
• Assist with market research to identify new user requirements and industry benchmarks
• Partner with Content and Global Digital Center to communicate new site capabilities to their stakeholders and how to leverage to maximize business results
• Establish and communicate project plans and manage projects to expected timelines


• 5+ years of experience in B2B Web marketing with global teams with hands-on experience in content development, publishing, testing, and / or analytics
• Knowledge of Agile development and scrum processes; Scrum training preferred
• Strong understanding of digital metrics and measurement systems
• Experience with project ticketing systems
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager preferred
• Enthusiastic, creative and innovative attitude
• Ability to identify issues and mitigate risk for projects
• Articulate in documenting site requirements and specifications
• Analytical skills to test hypothesis and sort through complex options
• Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic
• Ability to juggle multiple initiatives and shift priorities as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communications with ability to collaborate across varied functional areas including marketing, creative, and technology
• BS/BA or equivalent required

Assignment Details:

  • Fort Collin or Denver, CO OR Dallas, TX preferred; open to other locations for ideal candidate
