Job Description

Specific duties include:

  • Assist with our PPC strategy by monitoring keywords, search queries, and campaign trends to find areas for growth and improvement (platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube)

  • Helps with the day-to-day work of managing, and optimizing Paid Social ad campaigns with external agency partner. 

  • Support the digital acquisition manager in reporting development and control of budget/targeting. Analyze performance metrics.

  • Efficiently work with other department teams - including Human Resources and Provider Recruitment -  to develop, implement and manage digital marketing projects/campaigns across a variety of platforms (Facebook, Google & Bing, LinkedIn, etc…)

  • Assist in the website’s management including content updates, A/B tests, analyze results, and identify actionable opportunities and best practices to improve the website’s conversion performance. 

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders in the development of our email marketing strategy to build email campaigns that drive patient acquisition, engagement and retention.

  • Collaborate with the in-house design team to develop ad copy, various content, and graphics in to build successful digital campaigns. 


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors in Marketing or equivalent degree with 2-5+ years of digital marketing/advertising, related experience (preferably in the medical, healthcare or insurance realm is a plus)

  • 2-5 years of Google Ads account management 

  • 2-5 years optimizing websites for improved conversion rate & user experience

  • Understanding of marketing and advertising tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, LinkedIn, MailChimp, etc.

  • Self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented with positive attitude and ability to always bring ideas to the table

  • Must love data, analytics, have a strong desire to move things and have a measurable impact

  • Ability to plan and manage in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work across the organization
