Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager  to be responsible for the creation and execution of go-to-market plans for the companies P & L businesses.

This role will be responsible for the creation and the cross-functional execution of marketing plans to support the P & L business plans. Develops the marketing plans then works with the center of excellence teams (Digital, Content, Social, PR, etc.) to ensure that the overall marketing objectives be met. Responsible for managing the business marketing plans and internal clients, measuring performance and tracking and reporting the plan to all key stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for:

- Leading a results-oriented cross-functional marketing team that is accountable for marketing aligned with each of the businesses.

 Creating strategic, integrated marketing plans, leading the cross-functional execution of the plans, tracking and measuring results, and managing the marketing budget for each of the plans.

You will be tasked with collaborating and working with the business leaders directly to develop and execute the plans, ensuring that marketing resources are maximized to deliver results as well as collaborating with the marketing functions (PR, Content, Digital, Creative, etc.) to ensure that plans and tactics are executed to deliver results. 

Requirements:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree required

  • 10 years’ work experience developing and executing integrated marketing and communications programs.
  • Commercial and Government health insurance experience a plus
  • Management/supervisory experience, 10+ years leading a marketing and/or communications function, including experience with strategic marketing, branding, advertising and media.
  • Strong digital knowledge including web, mobile and social media; experience working in digital development and applying digital best practices.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies for new businesses, products and markets.
  • Demonstrated success crafting brand, positioning and corporate marketing strategy resulting in robust sales across multiple product lines.
  • Strong strategic management and planning skills.
  • Proven record translating marketing and promotional objectives into results.
  • Strong analytic skills and strong financial/business acumen.
  • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of people within the organization, in a positive and influential manner.
  • Competitive desire with a strong personal and professional competency in the marketing discipline.
  • Unwavering integrity and ethics.
  • Experienced strategist and a tactician that can roll up their sleeves and execute.
  • Ability to effortlessly develop relationships with both internal and external teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify top talent as well as develop and lead a diverse marketing team.
