Provide a high level of administrative support to the Director of Global Customer Marketing based in London, along with secondary support to Director of Marketing.
Perform administrative tasks demonstrating attention to detail in relation to calendar management, travel planning and expenses; tracking last minute conflicts and changes in a timely manner.
Help organise and manage team off-sites, events, and activities for the EMEA leadership team and org. Follow and maintain budgets, research best options, coordinate the logistics including meals, transportation, onsite activities, invoices, etc;
Ensure a good level of communication across the team and leadership group is maintained with the highest degree of professionalism & courtesy.
Build strong relationships with different stakeholders (Facilities, Events, Space Planning, Security, etc.) and become a POC for team inquiries.
Collaborate with other admins across the business and be available to help plan team events as needed.

At least 5+ years of full-time, recent administrative experience directly supporting 1 or more Director level
Ability to learn and process quickly within a fast-paced, high-tech international team environment
Ability to keep calm in face of fast change or high demands
Strong calendar management, travel scheduling, budgeting, project-management while supporting the growth of Tech team
Effective organisational skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment;
Flexibility and travel is required
